Shipping Policy

 

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of payment.

 

Delivery time. Tracked delivery takes 8 to 14 days. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.

 

Shipping costs. Delivery is free on orders of two items or more. On single-item orders the cost is shown at checkout before payment.

 

Where we ship. France, Belgium and Switzerland. For other destinations, contact us before ordering.

 

Customs. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties payable by the recipient.

 

Late or missing parcels. If your parcel has not arrived after 14 days, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Under Article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code you may cancel the order and be refunded if delivery is not made within a reasonable additional period.
